PixCell Medical is looking for a driven, motivated, and experienced Regional Sales Manager to cover the Midwest region, including IL, IN, OH, WI, and MI.

In this role, you will drive regional sales goals for integrated delivery networks, hospitals, physician offices, and government accounts. Work closely with customers and partners to strategically develop sales opportunities and contribute to PMI’s growth.

Job Description:

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities in designated regions, targeting various sectors
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to maximize high-value opportunities
  • Achieve sales goals and objectives while managing expenses within budget
  • Cultivate and maintain business relationships with key individuals at different levels
  • Explore and secure regional account business expansion through contracts and programs
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute activities of the field sales team for effective regional strategies
  • Address customer issues and resolve sales-related challenges
  • Monitor market trends and advise management on methods to enhance competitiveness
  • Foster collaboration within the sales team by sharing ideas and approaches

PixCell Medical is seeking a dedicated and skilled Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering team. We specialize in developing cutting-edge in vitro diagnostic (IVD) analyzers for live cell diagnostics, leveraging our proprietary, multidisciplinary technology.

As an NPI & Design Control Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing the entire product lifecycle and facilitating the transition to production. This includes ongoing product design enhancements, managing the Device Master Record (DMR) and Device History File (DHF), and overseeing design records such as Engineering Change Orders (ECO), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).

Job Description:

  • Oversee the complete product lifecycle, ensuring seamless transfer to production.
  • Implement continuous design improvements and maintain comprehensive design records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product design and production
    processes.
  • Identify and lead initiatives to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
  • Analyze production data and feedback to inform design modifications and optimize manufacturing workflows.
  • Work closely with software, mechanical, electrical, and optical teams to ensure cohesive integration and functionality of all product components.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the NPI process.
  • Manage supplier quality and resolve delivery issues to maintain production timelines.
  • Provide training to manufacturing personnel and ensure all process documentation is accurate and up to date.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • 3-6 years of experience in transferring multidisciplinary medical products, including software, mechanical, optical, and electrical components, from development to production.
  • Proven track record in implementing production process improvements and driving operational excellence.
  • Proficiency in training and guiding manufacturing line teams.
  • Experience with ECO, CAPA, NCR, and MRB management.
  • Hands-on experience with SolidWorks and SolidWorks PDM.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong team collaboration skills and attention to detail.

Pixcell Medical is looking for a calibration technician for the production department, to work at the company’s site in Yokneam.

Job Description:

  • Conducting a clinical calibration process of the company’s products.
  • Conducting final tests and producing COC for the company’s products (analytical system and consumables).
  • Preparation of reagents used in production (for consumables) and conducting analytical tests in the process.
  • Documentation of production processes and tests according to the company’s procedures.
  • Analysis of test results in the production process.

Job Requirements:

The candidate must have motivation and initiative, the ability to work independently, the importance of accuracy and patience, order and organization, attention to detail,  ability to work in a team.

  • Practical engineer in the field of life sciences/biotechnology (preferably).
  • Experience as a laboratory burner– a must.
  • Experience in operating analytical equipment – a must.

Job Description:

Office support for the department activities, including:

  • Customer support with worldwide distributors, the U.S. subsidiary, and the direct sales team
  • Management and monitoring of inquiries from new and existing customers
  • Management and monitoring of department operations
  • Managing and overviewing quotes, orders, invoices, customer requests, and payments
  • Continues direct support and main liaison to all our customers worldwide
  • Supporting the Chief Commercial Officer and the department’s staff with ongoing tasks
  • Provide weekly reporting of various sales performance and commercial activities of distributors
  • Screening of web leads and new opportunities the company gets daily.

Job Requirements:

  • English native level – writing, speaking, reading
  • Previous relevant experience – at least 3 years
  • Working with international distributors – an advantage
  • Full proficiency with Office Suite software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
