The director will report directly to the CCO and will be responsible for current sales and business
development activities and opening new markets in EMEA.

Job Description:

The Director will manage the existing distributor network and explore ways to enhance their performance as well as create new partnerships by:

  • Identify and address customer challenges and needs and represent the voice of the
    customer within the company
  • Build and grow customer loyalty and customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in sales of healthcare devices and leading global sales activities in the healthcare industry in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa from which a majority are in the diagnostics space – a requirement
  • Strong experience in both direct sales and distribution management for healthcare
    organizations in EMEA (hospitals, HMOs, and KOLs) – a requirement
  • Strong track record in generating significant revenue growth in the healthcare space
  • Experience in clinical diagnostics – advantageous
  • Experience in establishing and executing sales strategy from scratch in Startup Companies –

PixCell Medical develops IVD analyzers for live cell diagnostics based on proprietary technology. The Design Control Engineer will be responsible (hands-on) for the complete product lifecycle and transfer to production.

The product lifecycle includes continuous product design improvements, creating and maintaining Device Master Record (DMR), Device History File (DHF), and design records management (ECO, CAPA & NCR).
