PixCell Medical is seeking an experienced Director of Sales and Business Development to oversee its commercial activities in the EMEA and drive the introduction of a new product to these markets.

The director will report directly to the CCO and will be responsible for current sales and business
development activities and opening new markets in EMEA.

Job Description:

The Director will manage the existing distributor network and explore ways to enhance their performance as well as create new partnerships by:

  • Identify and address customer challenges and needs and represent the voice of the
    customer within the company
  • Build and grow customer loyalty and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Key opinion leaders
  • Continually analyze the competitive landscape and environment within assigned accounts to determine trends and provide customer feedback to company leadership
  • The role involves frequent travel to Europe, meeting distributors, customers and attending
    conferences (willingness to travel at least 50% of the time)

Job Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in sales of healthcare devices and leading global sales activities in the healthcare industry in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa from which a majority are in the diagnostics space – a requirement
  • Strong experience in both direct sales and distribution management for healthcare
    organizations in EMEA (hospitals, HMOs, and KOLs) – a requirement
  • Strong track record in generating significant revenue growth in the healthcare space
  • Experience in clinical diagnostics – advantageous
  • Experience in establishing and executing sales strategy from scratch in Startup Companies –
    significant advantage
  • Experience in the introduction of new products to the market – significant advantage

Pixcell Medical is looking for an experienced engineer/technician for a position in the production department, to perform operations and preventive and ongoing maintenance of complex machines in the company’s production system.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for the proper and safe operations of machinery and production facilities.
  • Operation and ongoing maintenance of complex automated production machines.
  • Identification and ongoing handling of malfunctions in machines and production
    facilities.
  • Machinery calibration.
  • Improving production processes and mechanisms in collaboration with the company’s
    engineers.
  • Collection and analysis of failure data in cooperation with the company’s engineers.
  • Preparation and improvement of maintenance specifications and machinery operating protocols.
  • Spare parts inventory management and maintenance.

Job Requirements:

Job Description:

  • Purchasing of order expenses according to requirements for suppliers in Israel and abroad.
  • Receiving order confirmations & tracking of supplies.
  • Ongoing work with suppliers & establishing new suppliers.
  • Work interfaces with various departments in the company.
  • Handling import/export shipments – working with forwarding and customs companies, from the moment of operation until the shipment reaches its destination, including tracking at all stages of the shipment.

Job Requirements:

  • Professional experience – at least 2-3 years in the field of electronics procurement/production in a manufacturing company or subcontractor – a must.
  • A relevant academic degree – an advantage.
