We are looking for a talented Systems Engineer to join our R&D team and take a leading role in driving continuous improvement of our products and processes. In this hands-on, multidisciplinary position, you will work across software, algorithms, mechanics, and electronics to optimize system performance, enhance reliability, and ensure our devices meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Your work will focus on analyzing system-level data, troubleshooting complex issues, improving existing designs, and streamlining processes — directly impacting the performance and usability of our products in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead system engineering activities for new product and feature development
  • Define requirements and specifications for new capabilities
  • Plan and execute system-level experiments, analyze data, and propose data-driven solutions
  • Specify and review test procedures, validate and verify product performance
  • Lead failure investigations, root-cause analyses, and preventive design improvements
  • Develop and implement tools for production, quality control, and performance monitoring

Job Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Computer Science / Physics from a recognized university (M.Sc. preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in system engineering in a multidisciplinary environment (software, algorithms, mechanics, electronics)
  • Proven experience in data analysis, statistical analysis, preparing reports, and proposing
    data-driven solutions
  • Hands-on experimentalist with strong troubleshooting skills
  • Self-motivated and independent, with the ability to take ownership of tasks

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will drive sales performance within a specific geographic region, implement sales strategies, and ensure sales goals are met within the POC (Point of Care) Medical Device market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
    Implement strategic sales plans, set sales targets, and identify opportunities for growth within the region.
  • Sales Execution: Monitor and manage their sales funnel and pipeline, ensuring effective sales processes and activities are in place to meet their sales goals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key POC customers within the region, understanding their needs and addressing their concerns.
  • Reporting and Forecasting:
    Strong familiarity with sales CRM systems, including HubSpot.
  • Travel: 50% required within the region to meet with prospective and current customers.

We are seeking a talented and dedicated software developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing software that powers our two flagship products, as well as the systems used in our production machinery and technician tools.

Job Description:

  • Design, develop, and maintain software for a complex, multidisciplinary product running across several Linux-based platforms.
  • Build and optimize C++/C# applications in a mixed manner using interop mechanisms and standalone Python applications.
  • Contribute to porting a major C# Windows-based solution to Linux.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow software engineers, as well as system and mechanical engineering teams.

Job Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • ​5+ years of experience in C++ development with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions for back-end systems.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing for Linux platforms, including applications with GUI, inter-process communications, and database management using Python.
  • Proficiency in computer science fundamentals (OS, algorithms & data structures, multiprocessing, OOP).
  • Proficiency in C# development using .NET Framework/.NET Core.

The position involves alternating shifts: morning shift from 7:00 to 16:00 and evening shift from 16:00 to 24:00.

We are looking for a calibration technician for the production department to work at the company’s site in Sanmina, Ma’alot-Tarshiha.

Job Description:

  • Conducting a clinical calibration process of the company’s products.
  •  Conducting final tests and producing COC for the company’s products (analytical
    system and consumables).
  • Preparation of reagents used in production (for consumables) and conducting analytical tests in the process.
  • Documentation of production processes and tests according to the company’s procedures.
  • Analysis of test results in the production process.

Job Requirements:

The candidate must have motivation and initiative, the ability to work independently, the importance of accuracy and patience, order and organization, attention to detail, ability to work in a team.

  • Practical engineer in the field of life sciences/biotechnology (preferably).
  • Experience in operating analytical equipment – a must.
  • Running PC software and MS Office suite – a must.

You will be responsible for addressing customer complaints, resolving technical issues, providing user training on our devices, and fostering strong relationships with customers and distributors worldwide.

  • Respond to and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and debug multi-disciplinary systems, including mechanics, optics, electronics, and software.
  • Provide comprehensive user training on our medical analyzers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors globally.
  • Set up and operate remote service solutions (advantageous).
  • Ensure compliance with QA requirements, including system traceability, ECO, RMA processes, and document control (ISO, FDA, etc.).

Job Requirements:

As a service engineer, you must be highly professional, passionate about your work, and a team player. You will be able to combine technical excellence with attentiveness to detail and deliver high-quality results on time.

  • Bachelor’s degree or Practical Engineering diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, System Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a service engineer in a multi-disciplinary systems industry; experience with medical devices is a plus.
  • Strong hands-on technical skills and the ability to understand and troubleshoot complex systems.
  • Basic understanding of QA requirements and processes.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Experience in writing procedures and technical documentation.
  • Experience in conducting technical training for customers.
